The Education Service Center's Early Scholars Academy (ESA) is a 16,000 square feet state-of-the-art facility that features nine beautiful hands-on discovery centers. Students engage in interactive, self-directed educational activities that are driven by curiosity, exploration, manipulation, and social interaction. Since doors opened in 2011 the ESA has served over 61,400  pre-school and school-aged children through annually scheduled special events, summer camps, and career days.

The purpose of this project is to give schools serving low-income students the opportunity to experience inquiry-based science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM) experiential learning activities, along with career exploration, emergent literacy, and writing curricula offered at the ESA.
